Terms of Use for Three Pebbles

These terms apply to the Three Pebbles app (“the App”) made by Karello Studio (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with it, Apple’s agreement wins for iOS users.

In-app purchases

The App offers optional one-time purchases (Strategist and Grandmaster) that unlock features permanently on the store account you buy them with. There are no subscriptions.

Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. We never see your payment details.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. If a purchase is refunded, the features it unlocked are removed.
To get a purchase back on a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in the App while signed in to the same store account.

Rewarded ads

The App may offer optional ads that you choose to watch in exchange for temporary access to a feature. Ads are never shown automatically. Ads are provided by Google AdMob; see our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

Nearby multiplayer

Local multiplayer connects your device directly to a nearby device over Bluetooth or your Wi-Fi network. Please only play with people you trust, and choose a display name that doesn’t reveal personal information, because nearby players can see it.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop offering the App or any feature. We’ll try to keep features you paid for working, but the App depends on your device, its operating system and the app stores, which we don’t control.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the App will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Karello Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App’s purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
